    At Lunik’s Cleaning, we strive to deliver the highest standard of service and do everything possible to achieve the best results. However, there are certain items and conditions that may not be restorable due to their nature, wear and tear, or environmental factors. Below are the specific exclusions you should be aware of:

    1. Mould

  • • While we will do our best to remove mould, especially from visible surfaces, mould embedded in silicon, grout, or porous materials may require specialist intervention to restore.

  • • Mould thrives in damp conditions and may reappear quickly if the underlying moisture issue is not addressed.

    • 2. Damp Spots

  • • Damp spots can occur on walls, ceilings, or other surfaces due to excess moisture.

  • • We will clean and try to remove visible marks; however, discoloration and stains caused by moisture cannot be completely eliminated and may return if the damp conditions persist.

    • 3. Discoloration

  • • Over time, surfaces like grout, plastics, toilets, and appliances can discolor due to age, wear, and exposure to environmental factors.

  • • While we will clean these items thoroughly, discolored areas cannot be restored to their original state without specialist restoration or replacement.

    • 4. Tile & Natural Rock Stains

  • • Stains on tiles, natural stone, or benchtops can occur due to their porous nature.

  • • We will clean these surfaces to remove as much as possible; however, deep-set stains or etching may remain unless treated by a specialist.

    • 5. Ceilings

  • • Due to safety and accessibility concerns, we do not clean ceilings or high-reaching areas.

    • 6. Dangerous Areas

  • • Any area deemed unsafe by our cleaners will not be serviced. This includes:

  • > Broken or cracked power points or switches.

  • > Biohazards or excessive rubbish.

  • > Areas with structural instability or hazards.

  • • Cleaning that requires ladders or accessing high areas is excluded. This includes:

  • • We are not responsible for additional cleaning related to pest control services. This includes:

  • > Dead insects, rodents, or animals resulting from pest control treatments.

  • > Residues or marks left behind by pest control chemicals.

    • 12. Outdoor Areas

  • • Some marks, scratches, and stains caused by regular wear and tear are permanent and cannot be removed.
